I don't know about triggering a camera but if you are using an S bus RX you can still use the F1 and F2 for gimbal control on an octocopter. I would assume it would work for triggering a camera as well.

I wish the display was in feet also. I can figure it out pretty close but I have to really think about it. Also, the artificial horizon on mine operates backwards. Instead of tilting with the horizon it tilts the direction I am tilting. Not really a big deal since I hardly look at it.

I think my drifting problem was related to the smaller props I was using on my iron man octo somehow. I tried 14" props on my smaller sunnysky motors and the drifting was gone and it flew perfectly. The props were a little too big for them I think so I upgraded to TMotors 3515 400KV and it flies...

It sounds to me like when a prop goes out of track or something, not the motor speeding up. What kind of props are you using? If your yard is like mine then if you killed the weeds there wouldn't be anything left. Lol

All i can tell from the video is that you have some serious vibration issue going on. Does one of the motors have seriously bad bearings? Is one of the props going out of track?
