    Greetings from Southern Utah

Welcome to MultiRotor forums. Looks like you are located in one of my favorite areas of the country - and one that provides countless chances to get great aerial video. Thanks for posting the NAB coverage. Seems "drones" took up a lot of floor space and attention. What type of rig are you...

    Greetings All

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you have a pretty fun rig on your hands. You might not be too far away to hook up with the folks in New Jersey who gather for some flying. Have fun and fly safe!

need help with current setup... before I judo chop this than

The gimbal batteries are often mounted on or near the gimbal itself. On the horizontal yaw tube, or down tube. Possibly on top of the mount itself. Adjustable regulators can be mounted just about anywhere. They are small. Have you added/connected the yaw extension to the main gimbal controller...

    NAZA M Lite maiden help

I was also wondering about the weight. In the video you mention being at 50% throttle, but it is not lifting off yet. You may just be underpowered. But getting all the details that econfly asks for is the way to determine this the right way.

Wow. That's a heck of a story. Sorry you've had such bad luck. For single battery, you'll probably run into issues with the voltage. The VTX and gimbal (8bit alexmos is definitely no more than 4S) will most certainly want voltage lower than what I assume is 6S flight battery. You're best to...

    NAZA M Lite maiden help

You want to keep the FPV, Rx antennas & GPS Puck away from each other as much as possible. Not much room to work on that frame - but do your best. Try to eliminate possible interference. You can wrap the bottom of the GPS with copper to act as a shield. That may help.

    hexacopter help

One thing I wondered about was whether or not the issue might be caused by the ESCs having inconsistent firmware. I recall a while back someone having similar issues - later to find out that 3 of 4 ESCs had one firmware, the last having a different firmware. Something like that could be as...

    hexacopter help

That's what I was thinking (marketing), but it is odd they would be listed as so high, no? I have seen 600hz (KDE???), but never higher than that. And was pretty sure that the rest of the system wouldn't accept any advantage above 400hz (or I guess 500hz?) anyway. Regardless, econfly knows...

2015 NAB News: Blackmagic Micro Cinema Cam, Tiny, Drone-Specific Super16 RAW Camera

^^^ I noticed that too. But I also found myself getting dizzy watching his constant movements and wishing he would just quit and show the gimbal doing something close to what I might expect to see in average use. Or even hold it still for some close-ups. It's like he had the equivalent of...

Gremsy will be releasing their H6 soon.

Ha! Now you're talking!!!! The H6 seems to have the advantage for me - unless the price difference was dramatic.

id be surprised if that was your issue. Have you found people that have run into a problem with the AFRO/naza combo? The refresh rate has been a weird marketing deal for a bit - there are no systems, as far as I know, that take advantage of anything beyond 400hz. So despite ESCs that are...

Gremsy will be releasing their H6 soon.

Well, the facts certainly don't confuse things and actually offer some great perspective. I assumed pumpkin meant what I was thinking (don't mean to speak for you pumpkin) - which is now both seem very good options, and if the extra lb doesn't kill your rig, the h6 may off a bit of room for...

You should be able to Assign a channel out from a pot/knob to one of the rx servo outputs if you have some available.

Gremsy will be releasing their H6 soon.

Thanks for the video! I'd act shocked that I missed this - but there has probably been a ton of coverage I've missed. This does seem perfect for my needs (except for it not being out yet) - and nice to see that they haven't skipped the support on the opposite side from the pitch motor...

Gremsy will be releasing their H6 soon.

It's a whirlwind of change! When can we expect to see the H6 actually ship? I was just on their site last night and saw no mention of the H3. I do agree that it seems to not make sense to go any smaller than the H3 specs.

Good grief! How many H's are there??? :). I saw people mentioning an H10 while back. I didn't even know that was in the product line. They only list H14 and H6 on their site.

    The Future of Propeller Technology

Great thread with some really interesting information. Thanks for raising the bar of my knowledge when it comes to the effect of physics and props - or is that just confusion I'm feeling.... :) Seriously though. Great info and look forward to checking out another great KDE product.

    Phobotic CenterPiece Owners Thread.

So sorry to hear this Andrew. But I completely understand the sentiment of concentrating on work (or fun for some) instead of chasing a light that seems possibly unreachable, off in the distance. I've still got some fight left in me - but fortunately I have the luxury of not having clients...

    Phobotic CenterPiece Owners Thread.

I finally updated and threw it on a different gimbal. No luck. Lots of buzzing and weird behavior. I am starting to feel like I'm cursed. I am going to rebuild this gimbal from the ground up, double check each angle, redo my balance, and see what I get. But I am now focused on not missing...
