Sorry. The only thing I can think of is to try different cables and check that it's showing up in device manager. Do you have access to a Windows 7 computer. I thought the issues were solved, but Windows 8 has caused a lot of trouble with many MR apps.

This may sound silly, but have you tried different USB ports on the computer? I just had this happen with a Naza lite. Everything looked fine, wouldn't connect. Went crazy with drivers etc. ended up I swapped ports and bang! Worked instantly.

That's great it's working. You should perhaps try to find the type of board it is. If you ever need to adjust it later - you'll need the software to match the board. They all have it - just need to figure out which one it is.

Which program are you using to adjust the settings? Alexmos? Martinez?

Sorry, if it's real, I'm all for learning about the MR uses that I do not take advantage of. It was just the combo of the JST on large batteries and cows that threw me :) I also thought Tattuu was on the forum already under a different name. My apologies. Welcome aboard.

I'm with Rob. I assume that this is a stampede waiting to happen. Actually, I assume it's spam. But if it weren't, I say stampede directly caused by the red color of JST connector on the batteries :)

I think the temp ratings that are listed (IF they are listed) are for the magnets/adhesive. I think KDE talks about this in one of the videos or product literature? Can't recall.

I think you'll be fine. What's the rig? Sounds like a useful tool for the job.

I think the concern with excessive temps is also the adhesion and quality of the magnets. Overheating can degrade the magnets. Either way, may be best to play it safe.
