I get very similar results also. I use 9" Graupners and get 10 minutes flying with 5000mah 4S.

I can't comment on the Spektrum GPS (Droider can though), but I use the TM1000 which is great. I highly recommend the DJI OSD as with the data logging function you could go through the flight and see why it flew away, well, in theory. Also, the solar activity was in the red yesterday which does...

A lot of people have a great time with the Hubsan. I've not tried it but for a very cheap orientation practise type thing it sounds good.

I like the Azimuth Angle bit. Just read about it in the manual. Quite clever depending on how accurate the compass is in detecting north.
