No pressure at all....... You still have to come up with something a little better than Miss Piggy.

    Blade Chroma with CGO3 4k

I'm starting to like some aspects of this jewel more and more. I purchased this Chroma "second hand" but unused from a gentleman in Texas so some of the included items were not as visible as they might have been. There are light code sheets included with the "kit" in a couple of languages...

P.E., Off topic but swarm technology is getting heavily worked at Camp Roberts in California. BTW, a thin film of water renders back scatter search X-ray totally useless. The product cannot "see" through a thin film of sweat.

I'll try to rise from my recent bout couch potato stupor. I'm not used to being at home.

    Blade Chroma with CGO3 4k

In another thread I posted my thoughts about the printed instructions that are included with the Chroma. I tried several times to attach the manual PDF to this post but only the light codes PDF would transfer. Those that want to review the Chroma printed instructions will need to go to...

Recent UK Prosecution of Drone Pilot.

John, There's a company called FPVLR that caters to the buy and fly crowd by producing plug and play range extending equipment for consumer drones. For a hundred to a couple hundred $$ anyone can obtain something that simply plugs into their transmitters and copters and fly a long, long ways...

    US Aircraft Registrations, AMA Update

Agreed, and this is something Mad Monkey referenced in a post elsewhere in this forum. Aerospace is using every available means of disseminating information about their products possible, all the way down to articles written for Linkedin. The recent press release for MR launching and...

Recent UK Prosecution of Drone Pilot.

I get similar updates every day through my work e-mail. We have a group that's dedicated to ferreting out press releases and general news reflecting the state of the UAV industry. They do a pretty ggod job of it. I agree completely with Cootertoo but the issue is how to get the attention of...

Already set up for the family viewing too;) It actually reminds me more of a Rutan fuselage shape.

    Blade Chroma with CGO3 4k

I'll get some pictures up a little later. I left the camera I use for macro stuff at work and won't be getting back there for a few weeks, so I beg some pardon in advance for photo quality. I will not do an "unboxing" video. If people can't figure out how to open a box and remove the contents...

    Blade Chroma with CGO3 4k

Folks, This is a consumer review of another consumer drone. No manufacturer or distributor contributed anything to the creation of this review, the entire system was bought and paid for on my own. I have no personal or professional association with Horizon or Yuneec, so this is totally...

    US Aircraft Registrations, AMA Update

Interesting you mention that because that's exactly what the major aerospace players are doing with their equipment. They are using extremely positive press releases that are well written and clearly illustrate why their wares will have a positive impact on the lives of the general public...

    US Aircraft Registrations, AMA Update

At this point in time U.S. insurers have not begun to embrace coverage of commercial multirotor operations. Perhaps that's due to a lack of underwriter understanding of the product and review of risk assessments. The selection of insurers here is very limited. Since the AOPA has seen it...

Recent UK Prosecution of Drone Pilot.

It's been said the company producing the aircraft in the photo has sold more of them than any other maker so it should come as no surprise it is the most common aircraft used in these violations. However, the number of these units sold places that much more responsibility on those making and...

Rogue drone crashes into Ferris wheel....oh brother

The salaries for UAV pilot/operators has been on a decline for awhile now so if you have a high 5 figure or more income, don't try to fix it by going into UAV's. No apologies necessary, new or old, good opinions are always welcomed. And BTW, welcome to the site!

Like there's a bad time for it to start?:)

Rogue drone crashes into Ferris wheel....oh brother

John, I come from an earlier generation and agree with you but there's a problem. For the past 30 or so years there's been a concerted effort to promote political correctness. There's also the conditioning that comes from a litigious society that has become more pronounced over a similar time...
