The SuperX flies well at speed, but acro is honestly not really what it was designed for. The SuperX is intended to for aerial photography and video with smooth and stable flight. You would be better flying a KK board or something cheap if you want to do acro stuff.

You need to set your throttle end points to be lower. First thing to try is to adjust your trim on your throttle channel down a few notches. The FC thinks you are not at full down throttle and wont arm because of that.

You can plug it into the 8th channel and it should work. If I recall correctly someone else had an issue where they also had to run a ground wire to that receiver to make it work so if just the signal wire doesn't work try the ground.
