You did not mention calibrating the compass at the location you were flying at. Did you do that or did you not? Makes a big difference.

You are good to go. Go out and fly in an open field not off of concrete. Make sure you calibrate your compass. Let us know how it goes.

The props are correct. If the motors are turning the direction of the props you should be ok.

For this app to work will probably require a software update from DJI and I assume that you have to have a waypoint license. If you buy the data link you get a single waypoint. I have purchased 5 waypoints. I don't think that DJI is just going to give this away.
