I like the new DJI 10x3.8's. They are tough and I fly them with my F550 and F450 on 4S. They don't cost an arm and a leg like the Graupners.

I assume that your lipo is 4S. The Graupners don't supply a lot of lift. You can try the 9x5's if you can find them.. I have been using the DJI 10x3.8's on 4S with good success. I will be more sensitive to winds but other than that it works fine.

You are right, no payload for the first flights. Add that later after you are confident in the flying characteristics. Then add the expensive stuff.

Get the iOSD mini and then you can monitor the degree of bank, it will not give the exact degrees, but you can compare the horizon and see when you get hibernation mode. I really like mine. Same display and the kOSD MK II but in a much smaller package.

If you exceed 39 degrees on the roll it will go into hibernation. When I am filming, I do flat turns very slowly. I would recommend that you try the same and see if it help the video output. I have not had the H3-2D going into hibernation mode even in some rough quick descents in breezy...

That tells me that the WKM did not read your home point before taking off. I would give it a little more time then lift off. If it is reading correctly on the ground, it should then record the correct positions in the air.

Set your end points at 100% and recalibrate your transmitter in assistant.
