I've never seen a martinez board that i knew of that had good footage. i'd switch up to alexmos or phobotic asap.... One thing i do quite bit is start with one axis at a time, like i'll do the tilt, make roll come up leaving tilt on, then do yaw.....

if you like omni directional the mad mushroom/ultra blue beam set is pretty good but still limits you to half mile dirty, 1 mile LOS..... for the normal system/setup. the directional patch antennas can stretch that out alot, my favorite is crosshair, but the helicals work good.

i install the current sensor on one of the two batteries and split the numbers to figure it all out. Gives a pass through if something failed,,,, been doing that with 100 amp current sensors for a while now.... 6s epic lifters

I have expo d/r on a switch, d/r never changes but my expo is -50 in one mode, -100 in another. that's how i stick it to them train tracks, -100

which uses 5.8g for rc control. it's made for a one man phantom type operation

I start with the default gains,,, seems like it was 140-140-125-130 or something like that, put it on x1 and i'll dial that in best i can, switch to atti using x1, adjust that then i pick it apart one gain at a time on x1, eventualy i dissable it all and leave the gains where they went

yea, flew them too..... but wednesday were gonna fly that and either gh or epic... media day thing. 3dr will be there too doing something similar with little quads the building for this place is on San Diego Itl, just walking around there with a propped multi had me feeling nervous.....

it's barely enough to get by with a gimbaled hero.... you want a 800 class rig for payload that big.... 40mm motors, 15"+ props, 6s power.... like a nex weight, right?

everything was right on till the 28.5c part....5 amp hours x 35c is 175 amp service

with multi batteries inline or parralel it is measuring both batteries voltages, just not current if it has that. it would be half.... the biggest hurdle is being able to carry just one pack and maintain cg.... if the rig does it, you will benefit from the weight lost

that's a similar draw i see with a skyjib with 3520 and my 1100 hexacrafter with u7..... then with an epic we get up towards 100-120 amp draws... both have a similar draw, the u7 just have half throttle to hover with epic, jib is running at 60-65%
