Have you got a short circuit going on there then? Sounds like you may have the camera's cables wired incorrectly.

The main thing is to ensure that the FC and your receiver are getting a separate feed although they will all eventually get their power from the main battery. Or in otherwords put in a separate BEC for the landing gear.

Thats what most people are using- look at this site for a bit more of what's involved. Be careful because if you get it wrong, you can end up with a very dangerous setup. Easy to deal with but just be aware that you need to read up on it a bit at first.
