Yes throttle too. Don't know what other info the app provides - I haven't used it yet!

I think it depends on what Rx you use and how it's connected to the naza (SBUS, traditional etc). For me with SBUS, Frsky taranis and X8R, it's definitely the second option. Ultimately though, if you connect to the assistant and can't calibrate your sticks, it's probably because the channels on...

DJI Naza V2. Sticks not able to calibrate with software

Surely it's just because you have throttle and rudder on the same channel? You need to check and adjust your channel mapping on your Tx, it's got nothing to do with the naza at this point.

    Greetings from a rainy UK

    Welcome! That's easy, don't tell her! (unless she's paying :p )

Yes, normal for motors not to respond until over 50% (once airborne they do respond under 50). However based on the LED flashes (see below) you might want to check calibration of sticks again in assistant. At the start of your video, the LED is flashing double green first followed by double...

Heh, thanks Dave. It's getting there slowly, but the bigger machine might be some time coming! Cheers Paul

    Another UK-er (run for cover!)

Warning : This is the second most boring video ever posted! Again, standard disclaimer about no refunds on life-time used if you choose to watch it! However, I'm properly stoked! This was flight number 2 since adding the landing gear and gimbal. A little less windy than yesterday (thank...

Group Build 2014, DJI NAZA/F450 Quadcopter!

Hey Corey, sorry to hear about the breakages but don't get disheartened! I properly trashed 2 MQX's (after probably replacing every original part!) and still have to do repairs to my third on a regular basis! With that in mind, I definitely still think those little micros have got to be the way...

Congrats and good luck Corey, I'm sure you won't need the spares! Look forward to hearing how it goes :)

    Another UK-er (run for cover!)

WARNING : This is by far the worst and most boring video I've ever seen posted! If you do choose to watch it, remember it's 5 minutes and 41 seconds of your life that you'll never get back.....! (I'm really quite embarrassed to put it up but I did say I would....perhaps it will be of marginal...

Hey Phil, Seem to be a few of us from Cheshire and North Wales on these boards! Six months fpv flying puts you way ahead of me so don't expect me to offer much help but I'm sure there's plenty of others who can. Cheers!

Again, I'm no expert so don't take my word as gospel but..... Basically, gain = gyro sensitivity Too little gain and the copter will be 'sluggish', too much and it will be 'twitchy' I believe the attitude gains, relate directly to stick inputs on the tx - a higher gain gets a quicker reaction...

    Another UK-er (run for cover!)

Thanks Guys :) It's been horrible weather here today and I know I should be more patient, but having installed the new landing gear and GoPro, I wanted to see how the copter flew, how the gimbal performed and have a test flight with the Taranis! So as soon as the sky cleared for a few minutes...

Paid Consultant Needed for Setting Up Futaba Radio

Glad you nailed it! I was going to reply to your original thread and then saw it was closed...I was kinda like wtf before i noticed this one. I found that vid in your original link very confusing too - he says a lot but doesn't do a lot! Plus, as you figured out, it would have been useful to...

Ok, fwiw, I posted my n00bs guide to setting up the Taranis and X8R with Naza-M V2 in somewhere (possibly) more appropriate :) http://www.multirotorforums.com/showthread.php?16608-Basic-Setup-Instructions-for-FrSky-Taranis-X8R-and-Naza-M-V2

Basic Setup Instructions for FrSky Taranis, X8R and Naza-M V2

Disclaimer: I am definitely what you would class as an amateur at this so I don’t know whether this is the best way to set up this equipment. In fact, I didn’t even own the gear until a couple of days ago! With that said, I couldn’t find a single step by step guide to help me get a basic...

    Good flight simulator for 450/550

Ahh ok! I just guessed by looking at the specs that it would be too small to be much use outside but good to know. I also didn't know the MQX was discontinued, guess I better snap up some spares whilst they're still around! God knows, I break enough of them :)
