i bet post stab would clean up whats left on that. On mine it sucks at jello but it really cleans up gimble movements....

So far, I've stayed away from post stab, just wanting to work out the most I can get of the recorded vid first. Just too many things to learn and play with type thing. I'll get to it, though.
What I did with the rubber bands was to pre load the roll and tilt as a test. Pretty happy with it. One thing I have noticed is the slop is getting more pronounced now as time wears on.
This thing uses some really off-market cheap servo's I never heard of. I just hate buying more servo's, especially after buying the set to Torq I have on my Avant! Those things are expensive, but really worth every penny,,, power hungry bastards.

Some day, I'll get rid of this gimbal, hoping to get one from BigTaco when he's ready.

if you want to see what it'll do, goto youtube, video manager, next to the vid says improve this video and it'll take you to a split window showing with and without. At least you know where your at.

play em at the same time......... that's some crappy $50 editing software with and without. it does wind bobbles and gimble movements pretty good..... only time i've seen it make something better

That is some great stuff LEC. I certainly appreciate the content. If you ask me, that is some perfect use of a MR. If you dont mind - can I ask what you used to edit that? Your editing skills are as good as your flying skills, nicely done.

That would make a great video for this months competition.....black start screen with "Why I use a multirotor", show that film, end ona black screen with "Any questions?"...1st place mate.

thanmks for the comments.
@hjs3. All edited on FinalCut studio 3 with graphics work done in After effects cs5.5. You need to get back out to the bikepark because your scenery there is stunning!
@ Macsgrafs. I never thought about the contest but I suppose it's a good idea. will we be seeing you this weekend at the meetup?
thanks.

Nicely done Lec. Did you slow the video down during post?

@rdalemercer. The only shot that was slowed is the opening shot with the titles overlayed to 50%. all other are 100% speed all with no post stab. It's always hard to decide what to put in it so I juts decided to mix it up and put abit of everything in. thanks.
@krleas: Lovely stuff there. I was expecting gardening but the marriage was much more enjoyable to watch. great stuff.
