Ah i hate it now its really frecked. Any canbus device so IMU or GPS i mount to the PMU is not working. Either constant green light from the IMU or if the compass is hooked up i cant calibrate the bird. Gonna get rid of the PMU and see what happens.

Flight before the PMU said good bye and the drift back is obvious.

Okay got it. The PMU is broken and was also the reason for the drifts backwards.

This is the second PMU that went ****s on me and i am really starting to worry that i have my big octo hooked up to it. When you have a couple grand in the air you dont want to be depended like to seems to be some **** quality PMU BEC thing.

Since the PMU can-bus is not in the game anymore and the MC is powered over one of the BECs from the ESCs everything is working again.

Good stuff! I also have a problem with my new PMU. I have set the fail safe voltages correctly, but as soon as I take off on a full battery, the warning light starts to flash. Not sure what's up.

Can you tell me what case this is? i'm looking for a good case but all is so expensive... bought two peli cases second hand but mint condition. 61x61x61 for E100 each :nevreness:
but need a big case for the ad8 and a custom wood flightcaase is E 666,63 :cold:

Sebas, it's a high impact case but not big enough for a big heli. Have a look at my blog entry regarding the building of a base station.

Seba600 if you want a big case i still have a old one, gotta find the thread, It was a cutome wood case, from my carpenter.
Its covered now with a black car foil, and fits a AD 8 standard boom.

Thanks for the offer boris but I could make one for the same most as shipping i think. want to have a Peli-a-like case.
It's a AD8-HLE the box needs to be at least 85x85x50

Yeah that is pricy but i'm paying the same for a flight case / pro audio case.
looks really nice these cases. they are www.ecscase.com much cheaper at the factory $ 460,-

I know that peli doesn't make them this big. already have the biggest they make. 61x61x61 this can barely fit my x650

we can have any case made you want just need the outside size and hight you need and we can have it made.

price about 500 euro,s incl vat
