    ZMR 250 issues

Thanks dood! I've found with these little motors if they don't have a good connection they get twitchy or not working at all real fast. Once you solder them up, if you need to change motor direction just unsolder 2 of the wires and swap them with each other.

    ZMR 250 issues

You might solder up the motors (at least one) and see if that's your issue. The musical tones come from your motors not the esc. Is there any way you can prove the birds getting power (lights, arming led on the control board)? The ZMR is nothing to be ashamed of when you're talking 250 size...

S500 Quad Crash - Need help with why

Check your solder points especially your battery power. It looked like you were pushing it around quite a bit, easy enough for a cold solder joint to crack.

    Hextronik DT 750 mounting options

After looking at your picture I mis spoke, the 750's I mounted were more of the can type body where the bottom bearing is flush with the arm. If the base fits on the arm, seems like you'd have a good shot to catch a few screws even if you had to redrill the arm's mounting holes.

    Hextronik DT 750 mounting options

If it's the standard 450 arm, I had to open up the hole for the motor bearing and was only able to catch 2 screws but it worked while I ran the i power 750's. You could see if anyone does a 3d printed adapter like they do for some of the micro motors.

Selling Used Gear: include safety sheet?

Think about your liability first. As courteous of an idea that seems, now a days buyers are already informed on the use of a product well before they ever get it (see the solo/phantom 3 threads on a certain forum). The last thing you want would have a buyer who managed to damage person or...

    Tarot T18 Builds

Hi Doc, It would take a pretty good hit on the motors for the bearings to seize like you're describing. Could it be your connections to the esc's? But if you're dead set on taking apart your motors, you'll have to remove the small c-clip on the bottom of the motor shaft then you can pull the...

need help with current setup... before I judo chop this than

I'd put a small plate above the knob on the role axis above the control board, maybe even use the knob to hold it on. Run a velcro strap around it for a small 4s battery for the gimbal. It makes it nice and convient to be able to tune the gimbal without having to power up your ship. It also...

    Investing in Multi-Rotor Heli Companies

I'd wait for amba to either split or drop back to it's support in the mid 50's, then again it's got one of the highest short interest in the market along with go pro and they can run it like a scalded dog if they choose. Another one to watch is good old IRBT, they're so much more than vacuums...
