Did you unplug any of your servo wires especially the ones between your naza and your receiver before you took to adding and subtracting switches? Sometimes they get turned around and plugged in upside down. Sorry couldn't be more help.

I just had poor solder joints. Not sure why there'd be enamel, maybe take a razor and see if it'll scrape off but make sure you don't scrape off the solder pad, tin your wires, tin the pad, solder together and hope for the best!

That was the exact problem I had on my 250, resoldered and they all spun up fine. I thought my esc's were junk since they were used when I got them and I'd used them on another quad.

Have you ever built anything like that before? It's one thing to put a little quad together, a bit more to put an octo together, but you're looking for something that would need the size of a small car battery to power.
