Your compass settings depends on how your F550 is pointing. It is not an issue. If you have done the advanced calibration and the compass calibration at the field you should be fine.

You need an additional Can Bus Port. The Naza V1 does not have that. Only the V1 with the V2 PMU or the Naza V2.

My suggestion is not to mess with the motors or the props. I am running a P2 with H3-2D, GoPro 3, iOSD, and DJI video downlink. They all work fine. Do the most recent upgrade for the Tx and the H3-2D and you will be fine.
