I am not a big fan of prebuilt DJI products unless they come from the factory. What are you going to do if something goes wrong. You have no experience with Assistant. I hope that electronicarc has great product support. You will have a learning curve.

I seriously doubt that you can get 20 minutes on a loaded F550. I fly with a 2860g F550 with the E300 system. I am flying with 2x4S 4000 lipos. I get 10-12 minutes with a H3-2D gimbal and GoPro.

Have you connected the mode cable to your rx and tried to change AV channels? If that is not possible then I would try and wire to channel 2.

I would email US Support at us.support@dji.com and see if they can sell you a replacement unit. They may want you to send it for repair. The HDMI cables are very fragile.

Have you tried to launch in Manual. That will tell you what you are using to actually hover. If you cannot do that above 50% then you are overweight.

Can you go into device manager and see the DJI unit? If not then your drivers are not installed correctly.

If my craft were exhibiting that behavior I would not fly it until the source was found. I am thinking that you may have a bad GPS puck. Send me the flight log and I will forward to DJI HQ for analysis.
