Why don't you try 4S. You will get a performance improvement and your flight times should be longer. I fly 2x4S 4000mAh and get 11-12 minutes.

The LG length was noted in the initial build for both the BMPCC and GH4 gimbals. DJI is now including longer legs in all the S900 and it is my understanding that they are sending the new legs to existing users. You may want to contact your dealer to make sure that you get yours.

Actually it is not. I work for DJI and have built many craft over the last 3 years. We always hard mount the IMU. Isolating the IMU from vibration on a separate mount is different from using a thick non - solid mount. However what you do is up to you.

Give the lipos some time to settle in. Don't push them initially. Normally the performance will improve over time.

Quinton, The power leads on the S900 are pre soldered. It also comes with one set for the Lipo. The lipos that I am buying now from TroyBuilt come with the connectors. I fly with a pair of 6000mA lipos with XT60 connectors and I soldered up a y connector for them.
