It has been reported by others that they cannot upgrade the 2D GCU with the 3D firmware and get it to work.

You need the H3-3D GCU. They are different. It is not just a firmware issue.

You need to send the Vision in for service. It is damaged beyond your ability to repair it.

The Lite has its own Assistant. You must use it or you may brick your controller. Do not use the Naza V2 Assistant.

Use this at your own peril. It is not recommended by DJI. DJI recommends a hard mount using their thin 3M double stick tape. The isolation confuses the IMU and it does strange things. I have always used the recommended mount and have never had problems from Naza to A2. It is your choice.

The manual is not correct and it has been changed from 6 to 3 flashes. When you get beyond 8m it goes away.

Get the FPV hub. No soldering and you can easily add the iOSD mini. You will want it. The other option is to use the 3.5mm plug into the GCU. If you do not have a GCU then you have the wrong H3-3D. One without the GCU is for the P2, the one with is for other applications.

Have you recalibrated your new combo in Zen Assistant? I would try that.

They were noted as being short for the zen gimbals. If you look at my first posts here this was noted and reported to China. You would be surprised at the number of guys flying them with the H3-3D with plans for the GP4. Many guys have been 3D printing mounting plates for them. I have one...

Agreed, GPS orientation will clause this as well. M1 is front right and then the rest of the motors are numbered going counter clockwise.

I would say that it is the standard S900 leg versus the extended legs. They are the same as the S1000 legs in case you cannot find the S900 branded ones.

Update your firmware to v1.8.

It may work for you but it is not what DJI recommends. Tx first then the UAV.

The holiday is effecting all communication and deliveries. I don't anticipate that what is going on in HK to effect the shipments from SZ. They do ship some product out of HK but if there is an issue I am sure that they can adjust.

Your unit will be repaired this week and returned to you. I apologize for the delays. While DJI is now at 50 employees in LA the challenge of support and repairs continue to lead them forward.
