It is a long battery but it fits. It is about 1.5x longer than the tray but the balance is just fine ant the lipo is secure in the craft.

It is 23.5cm long x 9.75cm wide x 4.75cm tall. It fits basically because it is not that tall and fits under the XT60 connector that powers the landing gear and the gimbal. It does balance well. Weight is 2.35kg.

I just got my 21,000 lipo in today. Holy cow is that sucker big!!! They say it will fit in the battery bay but it will be a tight fit. I think that I will limit the lipos to 15000 from now on. 25min is just now worth the cost and size in my opinion.

the 15C is continuous and the burst would be higher. I have not had an issue with them yet the 21,000mAh are rated at 30C.

TroyBuilt 15,000 15C or 21,000 15C. I am using a HD Zen for BMPCC. the 15,000 are getting about 14min and the 21,000 should give me over 20min.

That is true but F1 is reserved for the retracts. That only leaves 3 channels for the gimbal.

It is possible. With the new firmware you should be able to have the GPS pointed straight forward. Also make sure that your firmware is up to date, the Advanced IMU Calibration has been done and as soon as you get to your flying area to the Compass calibration.

I do my S1000 all the time with a 5D mounted. 26+ pounds total AUW.

Point it straight ahead. If when flying straight out from you the craft moves to one side or another then rotate the GPS puck in the opposite direction until it flies straight. You are then done. The setting should be about your magnetic declination unless you have other interference going on.

I got to play with the GH4 and HD gimbal over the last three days at Photoshop World. It is a great combination. I am trying to get it for my personal use. It was a blast to fly the S900 indoors in a 3m cage. I have some video that we did and I will post it later.

Dave, issues on the Zen are being addressed by DJI. There should be new firmware out in the next 2-3weeks. I know you have heard that before but this came from the PM of the gimbal group. I am trying to get a sample of one of the GH4 gimbals that has this issue. Not all of them do it which...
