Your Flight Controller should be hooked up. Hook it all up, and then calibrate the TX, then the FC, then the ESC's in that order.

Yes, you have to "teach" your Flight Controller where the endpoints of your sticks are. This is calibrating the flight controller. Then you can calibrate your ESC's through the controller so you know they are all seeing the same throws. It is extremely unlikely you have bad ESC's ... one...

And you calibrated the endpoints of your tx in your flight controller as well?

I love my 810. It's been in service for 3 years and still solid. Personally I just don't like the idea of printed circuit boards for power distribution. Lots of amps an thin copper traces.. It gives me the willies. And lots of threads with tales like this. I generally make a harness.

Exactly he's just an aggregator, or service provider. The responsibility is on the creator and the end user to make sure the paper work is in place. A disclaimer noting this on the site would be a good idea
