Calibrate the ACC with the props level. Calibrate the gyro with it sitting still and put the gyros on the screen also. They are usually the first thing to go bad in a crash. The gyro line and ACC line should follow each other pretty closely.

The most important thing to do after a crash is to check the accelerometer and gyro sensors. Deselect the other sensors from the scope to get rid of distractions and watch for proper gyro and ACC movement as you rock the craft. Also compare the gyro compass to the magnetic compass.

You don't need to tin the cap legs. I paste flux them before I solder and then clean off any gooey mess later. Wires are different though. They should be pre-tinned, especially the high strand count wires that most use. Can you please take a mega pixel photo of the location where that cap fell...

I'm thinking the hot one is internally shorted but I'm not an EE. It's obvious that you have a motor phase that isn't switching. Did you check everything very closely for stray motor wires, solder blobs and debris?

Nice. That is very close to how I was thinking of mounting the battery and camera. I was going to mount the flight board on the same plate as the battery and camera though. Let us know how it works out for you. BTW, I have a new CC available in the US if you are in a hurry.
