If you are talking about the PC based GCS.... I don't think you can do that at all.... you need a PC with PIP capability and a separate video downlink system plus extra PC video input port.

I had similar but much more severe altitude control issues with a Naza on a modified F550...... turned out to be a motor/prop vibe issue affecting the IMU sensors (not just the baro). I tried rebalancing motors and props then finally mounted the FC as well as the RC receiver on Kyosho Zeal tape...

Does the little LED on the IMU board light up when powered? If not, there is no power reaching the IMU. I thought my IMU sensor board had burnt out but I had attempted to use the small hole in the IMU to mount it. The screw damaged the electrical trace and I had to order a replacement...

hs_foto, I suspect a coax would have much more prop wash issues that could affect the baro sensor on your MR. And the baro sensor is the prime method for the MR to determine its altitude. I had similar issues with my WKM on a flat 6.... put some cotton gauze on the sensor hole which seemed to...

The simple way to use it is to stick with a 45 deg elevation angle and walk away from the hovering MR until the MR aligns with the 45 degree angle. The the pace distance = the altitude.
