I have a DJI F550 just itching to fly but keeps flopping over. The f550 oriented in X6 is controlled by a naza with tiger motors powered by a 3S 3200 mah battery. Futaba 8fg super tx and futaba r6208 rx.
I am able to get the motors started both in atti and manual modes. But when throttling up, the F550 gets very unstable and flips even in atti (indicated by slow yellow flashes). I have triple checked the balanced props spin the right direction (i.e., motor 1 is counter clockwise and motor 2 clock wise). Under low throttle, I am able to control pitch, roll and yaw. I suspect I have an auto pilot and/or trim issue but just plain stumped.
Any suggestions or thoughts where I may going wrong on getting a smooth flight?
Thanks for any help. I am stumped and getting tired of shattering props. : )
