Kloner, my video reception was perfect, in my FarSharks AE. I always fly on channel 3 (5780MHz) and that tripod mounted monitor wasn't mine - Lec was just picking up my video feed on his Yellowjacket, but he was on channel 4, so he was slightly out. He also had the parked vehicles in between my VTx and his Rx, while I was on the ground. Once I was up, they all enjoyed the ride, and said video was good. I flew over 1km away on that flight, no interference. It was fairly windy up in the air, thank god for FY-30A, made it more relaxing...

Damage report:

1. Just a slightly squashed nose, nothing that hot foam soup won't cure.

2. My pride!

Thats not even the flying ground.. thats just where we held the meeting!

Unfortunately there is no video of the flying sites as it rained all day Sunday!

No, but I did pop in at quadcopters.co.uk on the way home to buy the motors, ESCs and power distro for it, so I'm not wasting any time.
