If you get a chance, do look into adjusting expo on the FC, the results will likely make you much happier because you may have expo on expo now if you move the stick too far.
And your a braver soul than I, I won't stand that close to my wife's 180mm frame when she takes off. Of course I will launch some of my small fpv drones by hand if the grass is too tall. Good call on getting the girls out of the way though, shows you have some respect for the blades.
In the last hour I adjusted the GPS 13 degrees, adjusted the expo for flying in manual mode, noticed that one motor was not exactly parallel with the others, fixed it, and holy ****, what a difference. This thing fly's like a Phantom, only bigger and a lot scarier.
