My octocopter all most done! RTF to shoot. ^.^
I got more run time, 8-9 minutes with nanotech 5000 mah *2
Sony CX560 is nice camera in 60P and built-in stabilization.
That's enough for me.

Enjoy final test flight.

Beautiful.. Now thats why I am converting to WMK. How have you wired up your esc's and what have you used?

Fantastic footage.. I wanted to capture our UK Autumn colours but unfortunately my very carefully built MK ADX3 Y6 is still in the dock waiting for MK to sort out the FC!

How you getting the down link?

And as Geoff fro QC.co.uk what are your settings for the octo and what tx are you using

Hi Rich

I'm using 5.8 GHz AV transmitter/receiver.
Still not bad, but you need patch antenna.
Check this site for more info&spec.

After using that, I think I need more antenna. ^,^
Direciton is more important. When copter go far away (200m more...), I have to change the antenna direction.
Until now I'm satisfied with that, but will upgrade it later....More patch antenna.

Are you using 2.4 gig RC unit to fly with. If so what range have you gotten.

My TX/RX is Futaba...T8FG and S-bus. I bought new one due to camera gimbal.

Setting the gains is still going on. I don't know best gain setting.
Basic setting is 120-130.
Atti. gain is 80%.
I don't understand 'vertical gain' (120%)
What is affected by vertical gain?

I hope you understand my english...^.^

그 내 한국어보다 훨씬 더 ;-)

Seriously well done.. for four months in you have been a really steep learning curve!

Got to say it aint the prettiest build I have seen but it works great!

Can't wait to see clips from your wildlife shoots

keep up the good work

I tried the wookong on a pro shoot to see how it compares with my AC boards. It was interesting to hear some PM comments about the cost of my machines. The Duey airframe cost less than 50 euros and 40 hours work - somewhat cheaper than a droidworx and camera mount.
This shoot was done with just the 2 axis DJI camera outputs. It does the job.
The camera is a Panasonic HDC-TM900. So who was it who said it was far too sensitive to vibration to use on a Multi Rotor?

Hi Denny , Have you done anything to the clip or is that "as is" very impressive results there.

Only color correction on a couple of clips. Working with AVCHD is a pain on non intel macs. My PC laptop does not have enough power to run After Effects.
The camera does a lot of the stabilisation.

Fraid I can't Dave. The esc's seem to be struggling with the smaller props and shut down today when flying-I'm going to have to upgrade them before I do anything else!

Nice results though Gunter, especially were you have it travel right infront of you. I wasted a whole day with my **** AV 130 on, should have strapped it down and not let it do its work. Jump and bumps and obviously from the tilt. I dont get it preforms differnt every day no consistency no matter what. From now on only hard mounted slow flying and way from this servos stabi !

Hard Mounted GoPrp HD on WMK 450 frame. Just to show what short clips can get, or for basic surveying its great.. saw I got twoblown tubes on me solar and a slipped lead flashing.. guess its ladders out next weekend!
