Ok then, I'll start with the very first time I flew the Y6 with GoPro on board all the way up to the most recent flight with the quad. First time I flew with a camera was on September 2...
A couple days later as I was getting more comfortable with the Y6...
Trying to figure out stability in windy conditions, wasn't even close at this point...
In dead calm air it was a much different machine as seen here, raw video from the GoPro with a burnt out servo on the roll axis of the old AV130...
The first time the Sony Nex 5N flew under the now flat hex WKM, I think this was still with the old AV130 since it looks a little shaky...
A quick pan of the neighborhood over the backyard, Nex 5N with 16mm wide angle lens...
Getting better in the wind as I figured out the gain for a large hex, still the 5N, raw video, and I think I had the new AV 130 under it by now...
The first attempt at making a real video with the WKM, one week ago yesterday it's come a long way in a month. Took me over a year to even come close to getting video like this with the MK machines...
And here we are at this morning when I did this flight with WKM #2 my 580mm quad with GoPro, it took roughly 3 days to build and tune it to this point, these WKM really are easy to setup and fly...
This isn't close to everything I've recorded or even everything I've posted to Youtube. So far I've managed to fill about 350GB of my hard drive with video clips doing test flights, its one of the best ways I know of to see exactly what a multi is doing in teh air, only thing better is to be seeing it live through FPV goggles but theres's way too many obstacles to be doing that around the house so I settle for watching and evaluating the video afterward.
