GOT IT! Uninstalled the drivers as per the PDF, and re-downloaded. I realized I had installed the newer 2.08.28, and the PDF says you MUST use the older 2.08.24. So I downloaded that and installed via the .exe installer and BAM... hooked up, set up my gyro settings and now I have 90º down tilt...
