it sounds like your using the wrong prop adapters with the props your trying to use.

the big thing to remember on xaircraft osd is the signal wire is white, not the common yellow like everything else uses.

i use the same servo also on bec but with the built in chip on two rigs no problem.... they are pretty much the "fuse" on the landing gear system and you'll want to keep a spare around

I'd be scared to rely on a servo to keep it in the sky. The vibrations coming off them motors has to be extreme..... i've seen weird stuff happen in gassers and servos and electronics in general sounds cool, gonna be a noisy sob by the time it's got 50 lbs under it

using the 2.4 radios together is no problem. I'm pretty sure you can't get away with the craft running on the graupner and the gimbal control/video through lightbridge. I've seen guys use ezuhf opposite a lightbridge gimbal

The tattu work really well.... super low internal resistance and they resist sag as good as i've seen from any packs.

i use sand paper to remove surface, he is adding to them. both work, it just has to not move in any position on the balancer.

it's just less accurate... to me in my experience is the most important part,,, nothing worse than an almost balanced prop... i'd rather have em way off, less vibes. I've spent no less than an hour to hour and half on every prop i've ever flown starting with something called pre balanced like...

i use something similar, neopreme anti vibe stuff from mc master carr prop balance is important too.... for that i use top-flite mag balancer

That is one of the better easier controllers i've used. Only thing i'm dying to check out if it ever comes out of vapor ware is synapse from freefly. I've never had or seen anything happen on the forums that didn't make since except that dam x8 bit which sucks cause i was wanting to build one...
