I am not familiar with the specific model, but generally speaking NC means No Connection. I don't think it needs to be connected based on the name.

Does the transmitter have another identical working pot? You could use an ohmmeter on the working pot. If the pot you are replacing still basically works, but is unreliable to adjust because of dirt or corrosion, you could still probably turn it while measuring the resistance and get pretty close.

Fair enough, I suppose you are right. The cheapest cyscan might be more than $400.

Some good tips if he is serious. However, a cyscan system (with a target reflector on the lead plane) would likely be easier than a 3d camera. I am guessing the drones would need to be be pretty big.

When you set up your kickstarter page, you better set a goal of about a million bucks. That should give you a nice start.

Thanks, I also think it must be the gyro. It is an El cheapo LHI copy of SP Racing acro. It is so slow, I am going to try to trim it out/live with it. We will see how it goes when I finally get to do my first FPV flying.

Not sure if this guy knows what he is talking about. Naza is a completely different controller from Naze32. I'm pretty sure Naze runs cleanflight/betaflight, which definitely have some GPS support, not sure about following. Look at cleanflight and betaflight documentation to find out.
