Never done WKM downgrade (or upgrade for that matter), but you need the earlier version of the DJI WKM Assistant SW (v2.00) that I believe will then connect to DJI servers and DL the earlier firmware (v5.22) and upload that into your WKM. The support/download page is obvious...

Well that's a lot of changes all at once. I assume the settings updates account for the change in position of the GPS antenna and the IMU. However, presence of vibrations in GPS ATTI mode, but not ATTI mode appears quite telling. As you note, hard to imagine that a single prop imbalance effect...
