my first time in RC and first quad...DJI F450 with A2

I don't think you'll be getting much help with that attitude. Ausome offered you some good advice, tidy it up and you'll have more space to work on. That must have been some salesperson to sell you all that equipment and not have a clue on how to help you with it. You'll get advice on here...

Things They Do Not Tell You

Hi Chris, if mobility is a problem and space is restricted, have you thought of getting one of these, or any of the now available "small" quads and by small I mean they will fit in the palm of your hand. You can fly them indoors without fear of doing too much damage (both to the quad and your...

    RTH Crash Help Please

You say you had Home lock on, did you still have it on when it got nearer home? As far as I'm aware (and I've been wrong before) Homelock only works when the machine is over 10 mtrs away, nearer than that and strange things start to happen !! Anyone know if RTH over rides Homelock?

Is your dealer a Hobby Shop or Professional Partner?

Most local brick and mortar shops cant afford to eat the cost of returns so they send you to the manufacturers. Yeah, because they can't be a***d with the hassle, they pass it on to you. Its also a "CYA" policy for all the kids that break thier gear by screwing around and running into stuff...

Is your dealer a Hobby Shop or Professional Partner?

In the UK, the contract you have is with the "hobby shop". This is who you bought the item off, therefore they are responsible. I don't know how things are in the USA but if you bought a Ford car from a Ford dealer, you wouldn't go to Ford for any faults, you'd take it back to the dealer to...

    Unexpectedly short flight times

What are you using to time your flight? If you're using the voltage warning on the Naza, is it set at the right levels? What are you putting back in to the battery when you're charging it? I stopped using the voltage alarm and set the timer on the Tx to 6 mins and I'm putting back in on...

    Fliping does not go away

My apologies, Paktazh and thanks Deanot. I knew there was something that was confusing, it was the fact that they number the motors in an anti-clockwise direction. Hope I didn't cause any problems, must remember to check facts before using brain. Peter

    Aeroxcraft Brushless Gopro Gimbal

Is it my poor eyesight or does the video on their website show the gimbal being mounted ABOVE the front arms?

    Fliping does not go away

Deanot is correct about the rotation of the props but using the Naza FC , M1 is THE FRONT LEFT (cw) m2 IS THE FRONT RIGHT (CCW) ETC ETC. If you look at the prop on a level surface, you will see that one edge is higher (leading edge) than the other (trailing edge). The leading edge shows you...

I got this set up http://www.firstpersonview.co.uk/complete-fpv-setups/5.8ghz/fat-shark-5.8ghz-attitude-sd-complete-system but a little disappointed with the camera. Securitycamera do one which has a good write up for less than half the price. Do you already have a small monitor for use with...
