How long do you wait for the GPS to lock on before flying? Mine sometimes takes a minute. Just leave the craft sitting there plugged in until you see only green flashes. Of course it won't hold position if you have three red flashes. It has no GPS lock so doesn't know where it is. Good luck...

That's normal. The GPS is only accurate to within a meter or so. I forget the exact figures. It's still pretty good though eh?
