Hey mate, You may be okay. It's not the voltage that applies to the 20% rule, it's the mah or capacity. Do you know how many mah you've been putting back into it after each charge? As an example, a 5000mah lipo you should put back ideally no more than 4000mah.

That's a camera setting issue. If it works on playback but not live view then it is an HDMI output problem. What are your settings at the moment for HDMI output?

Are you sure it's connected properly? Receiver wires in the right way round (they can go in both ways unfortunately). How are you determining that no signal is getting through? I'm not familiar with the KK2 but is there a program to monitor the stick movements?

I'm afraid it sounds like you need to send it to DJI for a service. One of the optical sensors may be out of alignment and needs recalibrating. How fast is the spin, really fast or a slow wander around?
