I have a 9x that I use for my 54" TugBoat and I don't recall having to bind from a distance. I'm thinking about using it for a TBS Discovery build.

Just a little update Problem solved and everything is back to normal :tennis: Turns out the new AR8000 required my Tx to be more than 10ft away during the bind process :cold: Someone had suggested it in one of my other threads and it worked like a charm, but to answer some of your questions...

Well, it looks as though I've finally got things sorted out :) Re-positioned the AR8000 away from the NAZA IMU, then mounted the satellite on the other side of the frame (away from the GPS antenna) and re-routed the cable around the frame instead of between it. Re-bindeded one last time...
