Have you disabled the debugging and then power cycled the unit? The app for iOS is not yet available.

Make sure that the LB ground unit is powered on. Try power cycling both the ground unit and your device that the app is on. Then try it again. Until you can tell the unit what signal to expect you won't have any video.

Are you connecting the camera to the Lightbridge air unit? Are you running SD video out from the GCU and connecting to the AV input on the LB? If so, in the LB App, the source needs to be set to HDMI/AV and single source.

I have used this set up before. I just sold a F450 with the iOSD mini on it and the 600mw 5.8gHz Immersion. The power was taken right off the motor lead and I am running 4S lipos.

I also recommend a iOSD MK II to provide the connection. I have been successful with a Zen for Nex5n and now a BMPCC. The HD Gimbal is much different than the other Z15 gimbals. If something happens, the logging of the iOSD is invaluable.

These are what the new lipos are using and are bullet style. They are the same as is included with the S1000. The new Troy Built Models 20,000 and 21,000 lipos have them.

Mine was updated as well with a H3-2D gimbal and iOSD mini. I can initialize the motors by unplugging the iOSD. DJI is aware of the problem and is working on a solution.

That is correct. Check the connections. The A2 is particular about the Can Bus connections. The IMU and Compass/GPS must go into the Can 1 port. The PMU and LED go into Can 2.

You mode switch is not correct. Place the switch in the center position, ATTI, use sub trim to get the mode highlighted. Then move to GPS and Manual, you need to adjust the end points to get those modes highlighted.
