I like to share and say am pretty happy with my new camera - Sony RX100, its been a great upgrade and I have been very happy with the choice, I battled over getting an NEX5 but at the end of day I ended up with the RX100, I am happy and the results of the 20mp files. Best wishes all

agree the camera over exposed I have to look at the setting just to see what I can do, I know I can adjust the exposure but I also know the camera can shoot in RAW, not sure that that would look like but that is in the learning process.

Nothing new just more control and the ability to see what I am looking at, I was then able to walk into the positions much close and frame them better. While testing my new camera the Sony RX100 - 20mp, all the same as a NEX, no real depth but it fits in your pocket and for what we are doing...

its a morph of something left over and me using misc rubbers, plastic and nuts and bolts trying to keep the vibration out. Some days are better then others.

like Kilby I extended the length of the arm to 650 and like the way it flies, I just milled out extensions from CF also however since I am using 11" props I think at 600mm it will work the same, The other reason I did this was mainly for shagging weight, My original extensions where made of...

I agree 11 inch props seem to be the best so far, I extended my arm originally to a 650 size, however now I reduced it to 600, I only did that because I bought some carbon fiber and with 11 inch props, 600 range seem to be a good fit.

I am just courious, I am in the midst of putting it all together, and between what I am going to fit it with, batteries I am wondering what I can expect out of it for flight time. I am thinking about the x15 mout, but also want to know what I can expect if I do so. cheers Jack
