There have been numerous posts on guys using CF props that destroyed the performance of their quad or hex. Have you put the original props back on and tried to fly it?

Did you get the longer landing gear with your S900? I would think with the 5D you would need it.

If this is an older F550 then they will not. If it is one equipped with the E300 motors then they will work. The 9450 provide greater lift for heavier craft and when flying at high altitudes.

The screws that attached the GPS bar are just for shipping. The box contains longer screws for attaching the foldable GPS mount.

I want the HD gimbal to use with my Lightbridge.

9 minutes on a 5000 3S is about right. I was flying with 4000 on a 4S and got about the same flying times, 10x3.8 and 9443 props. Are you using the 10x3.8's? You could try the 9443 or 9450 props and see if they help you.

My guess is the S800 legs are the same.

I fly from grass often so that blocks don't work well for me. Glad I got the longer legs.

Map a switch to D2-4 if you are using retracts and you should be good.

It really is not Auto take off. It just spools up at 50% and above that it will lift off. Not like with waypoints where I press an icon on my iPad and the craft lifts off by itself.

The pan axis smooths out the yaw movements of the craft by preceding the yaw. Check the gimbal when you move the rudder.

I just replaced my legs on my S900. They are 5cm longer and appear to be the same as the S1000 legs. They even have the same weave on the CF tubes. The S900 is still narrower than the S1000 by a about 4cm. Now the two are the same height. I am tempted to mount my 5D gimbal on just for a...

4S works and you do not have to do anything with the props.

If you are trying to mount a H3-2D or a 3D to the F550, it requires a DJI adaptor plate. Is that what you are referring to?
