    Protecting satellite wires

The bandwidth from an embedded video would come from the video site, it won't go through this one. The vBulletin software may have some sort of a loader/player but I would think that any bandwidth used would be a non-issue. I would confirm with your provider though. Regarding the...

    Protecting satellite wires

Looks like the idea worked Bart. Do those things use two completely separate antennas or am I looking at two sides of the same dipole? You may be interested in the video below related to polarization: http://vimeo.com/8826952 edit: thanks for the video crash. i deleted the embed since it...

    Censorship, it just ain't right

I agree, that's why you should go to the .de forum and tell the developers right to their face. :):);) No, I just got busy doing other things. Simple as that. And in two or three months from now when I have a chance to catch up, I will be a noob yet again. As fast as stuff is advancing...

    Wearable/portable ground station

Ok, so maybe I was joking about the light bulb. :p The skew-planar design is an old design that was just recently resurrected and looks to be a great antenna for FPV and copters. It's an omni directional antenna so the rotation of the craft doesn't matter to reception. It's also circular...

    Wearable/portable ground station

Hey Ken, Look into a skew-planar antenna placed above your head. Then vacuum form a light bulb shape to cover the antenna. Build everything else into a hard hat or onto visor so it's self contained. Yes, you will look like a goof with a twisted egg beater 'bulb' on your head. It will...

OH NO! Where did that smoke come from????

The schematic for MK FC 2.x? All of the schematics are available and mostly readable. If any over voltage came back out the servo, then hopefully IC5 (servo driver) contained the damage.

    Balancing your props

I balanced my EPP1045 props. What a PITA. I did get them balanced though. The props have gotten a little better in the last iteration but they still come out of the mold with a defect. They all require a glob of Shoe Goo on the hub and about 1" of paint on one tip.

    Hello from central Virginia.

I figured I'd pop in and say Hi. I have an MK Octo and a Kaptein Kuk quad. Just picked up a CNC machine and I'm hoping to learn enough by the spring to build some frame parts for an openpilot copter. Kirk

    CNC machine

That looks like it could be a nice machine. The shipping is a real killer though. Do you know anyone who owns one?

    EPP 1045 props, 15 total

I'll take them if you still have them. Mk KK quad doesn't mind crappy props. :)
