TOTALLY agree with Nabbs1.....being able to fly your device when the crap hits the fan will save you a ton of heartache and expense! You will also be a much better pilot as well :)

Hope your friend is doing well!!! I'm still learning just how much has changed in the past 8 years...everything from transmitters to batteries..... Catching up takes some time :-)

Excellent question but I fear that you will get about 100 different responses..... From what I can gather the "C" ratings are not regulated or differentiated at all....they seem to be a bit of a "manufacturer" rating. I have been attempting to do an "apples to apples" comparison but haven't...
