When the GP4 is recording in 4K and the higher bit rate 2.7K the HDMI is slowed from 1080 to 480. Right now Lightbridge does not recognize that. If you are on a non-lightbridge system and the v2 H3-3D you will have no problem as the video out is analog.

It has been that way since DJI added the LB Assistant, 8 & 8. DJI is aware and is working on a solution.

That is what v1.8 was supposed to cure. I would try and reinstall v1.8, do Advanced IMU calibration and see if it is doing it when you fly. Many things that happen on the bench do not occur at the field. If it is still doing it, then yes it needs to go back. There was talk quite awhile ago...

No the rotation is a gain. The farther you go from center the faster the gimbal tilts. The newer Zens have limitations on the tilt.

Make sure that you have a match between the ground and air units firmware. Set the channel selection to Auto, it defaults to Manual. Set the video to Smooth and the source to Single, HDMI. See if that helps you.

You must allow the FC to set the home point before you take off. Without that confirmation, you will not get the distance from a non-existant point. I never take off until I get just one flash on the led. I have self centering on my Futaba 14SG.

Can you tell us exactly how you have the channels mapped in Assistant and connected to the GCU?

It will work at 2.7k and 1080p.

I just got my GH4 last week. I now have a DJI GH4 HD gimbal and I am setting it up now. I have a GP4 and while I like the 4K video I think that the GH4 will be much better.

You are right on FlyGirl. The Lite is what it is, an entry level controller. It works very well. Noticed you are in Glen Burnie. I used to live in Linthicum. The East Coast is just not for me. Glad to be back in the West.

I don't have a H3-3D v2 only the v1 with the 30 pin rear connector. I will say that on my H3-2D and my H3-3D, neither of them have activated wifi without me pressing the switch. If you have the issue then yes do the mod, if not then why?

It depends. On my Lightbridge, I usually use a Atomos Ninja Blade in HDMI for my monitor not the phone. I only use it to change the parameters. If I am flying without the LB then I prefer my iPad mini. It doesn't matter sometimes you have to shade the monitor to get a usable view.
