Make sure your ESCs are all calibrated. Then check that all motors are aligned properly. If that doesn't fix it then you probably need to increase your gain.

Your gain is too high. What is it set to? You need to turn the EPA on the Gear channel down to maybe 20 to start then go up from there. Also all of your switches must be in 0 to start. There is a good explanation of tuning the gain here http://www.hoverflytech.com/Documentation.html
