Hoverfly Hoverfly Pro and Cinestar 6 Airframe

Yes we are in the process of updating some of the PRO gimbal code. One thing you should try is reducing your advance.

Hoverfly OSD and YAW issues .802

Couple things. First try the same test using the top set of connections rather than the bottom. See if that works. Second try using a camera with the configuration. Try top goggles bottom cam test and then switch and see if that works. Third it may be a PAL/NTSC problem eventhough it is...

    Hoverfly Hoverfly Gimbal Controller?

The Pan compensation is working based on the magnetometer. You can expect good results with any magnetic sources, such as your computer, nearby.

    Hoverfly Hoverfly Gimbal Controller?

Yes it takes this acceleration into consideration and corrects for it.

    Hoverfly Hoverfly Gimbal Controller?

Yes. The smoothing slider in the setup tool varries the amount of ramp up and down.

    Hoverfly Hoverfly Gimbal Controller?

The gear ratios are taken care of with a scaling value in the HoverflyGIMBAL setup software. It can be used on any gimbal. The signal boosters simply match the impedance level between the Servos and HFG. It does not stretch the signal. The next version of the HFG is compatible with all...

My bad.... Dan and George are looking at this now.

Hoverfly Hoverfly Pro and Cinestar 6 Airframe

Don't see anything in this thread about firmware version. If you are posting the same problem in multiple threads it is difficult to keep up.

Hoverfly Hoverfly Pro and Cinestar 6 Airframe

I believe you need to upgrade your firmware. The problem you are describing happened on the first release and was corrected soon after. 1.03 is the latest I believe. If this does not fix it then you are having a problem no one else is reporting. It must therefore be something in your setup...

Hoverfly Loosing horizont level while panning on CS 360 using HF gimbal controller

Try repeating the calibrations. I have not seen this problem with 1.01. Also check where your HoverflyGIMBAL is mounted. If there is anything that can create magnetic interference moving near the board it can cause problems. An example would be a servo that moves back and forth near the board.

Hoverfly OSD and YAW issues .802

Yes look at the video directly out of them camera then go through OSD overlay and verify that you see the OSD. You need to ARM the pro to see the data. It takes a few seconds to be displayed. You most likely have an impedance mismatch.

New Equipment is Here (Cinestar 8 + HFP + 3xproV2)

YES you will have a problem. Primary gain and AL gain should be on a two position switch.

Hoverfly OSD and YAW issues .802

Instead of plugging the cheap servo into the Tilt output on the PRO plug it into the channel on the reciever that is connected to the AUX3 input on the PRO receiver port. Verify that you can move the servo with a knob or slider on the transmitter. I figure if you are going to just post the...

    Skyjib 8 Heavy Lifter Build

The ship Silas is building is basically our Erista Aerial system with a few details I'll keep secret. I can tell you that it can fly a Red Epic at 50% throttle with lots of power for quick pull ups. This is an AUW of 36lbs or 16.2 kg. And is is very smooth and solid in the air using our...

There are no bugs at this point. Roll is phenomenal.

    Hoverfly Hoverfly Gimbal Controller?

You will want to hear from our customers. But here is my biased 2 cents. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the HoverflyGIMBAL. Seriously, it works perfectly well. As a matter of fact any lag or bumps you will see using it are your gimbal mechanics. The number one problem I have is...
