I personally think the big operations should have a forum guy. It’s not hard to ask each forum that is relevant (Such as MRF) to have a product support area for that product. Then the company rep can come in and just check that one simple forum each day. That doesn’t take that much time at all...

Did you set the receiver type to PPM? There is a prompt that asks what kind of receiver you have in the DJI GUI.

Although it seems like a good idea for smaller rigs, once you get into professional rigs, the ability to visually inspect everything at a glance is key. Covering things up just makes it harder to inspect. Also if a repair is needed, time is money, the less to have to mess with the better!

It’s a servo gimbal control board only. it will not work with a brushless gimbal.

I haven’t had a chance to try a 3 axis GP gimbal yet, but the $169 Tarot 2 axis (2D) is perfect. At least that has been my experience. Xaircraft has a new 2 axis GP gimbal coming out that looks nice as well. And I have not had a chance to try one but the Arris 3000 is supposed to be a nice 3...

I can tell you after reviewing and then not posting the reviews because the units sucked....of around 5 NEX gimbals.... almost all ALL suck. All the RCtimer and ebay jobs are trash. If it has an “L” shape and no full camera cage DO NOT BUY IT. Guys will show video of 3 seconds of video.. but...

100% the same. For giant scale planes, the lower the pitch and the larger the prop, the better for “torque” 3D flying. The higher the pitch and the smaller the prop = SPEED. Same applies to multi rotors, but so many factors play in, such as weight,,,

Here is a thought as well. If you are zooming you will most likely be hovering or stationary. I think most gimbals can hold the cam steady even with the lens extending. If you were going to try and fly in a forward motion and zoom, I think the brushless gimbals will fail every time. Personally...

The Droidworx ones come with a pretty cool quick release and ant vibe plate as well. It sounds like a lot, but they are very reliable.

You need to turn that switch off. Obviously it’s either set to the same channel or has some program mix assigned to it to clone the other switch. First off, start with a clean slate, reset the model and start over if you can’t find the mix.
