I do like pete, i'll shorten or swap ends with soldering the wires. good heat shrink and a clean solder joint should be no different than a made cable except the ends will last longer if there pre made. I too use the shielded tbs cables,,,, these are so small it's next to impossible to make...

to make it easier we use a pigtail with 4 servo into one so we can calibrate 4 at a time..... it goes into the throttle channel but like he said...... some don't need it.

Do you know multi rotors and have a big voice that can command a room? if so and you may be able to break away from time to time towards so cal give me a shout

this is a motor balance issue, but when a motor did work for a while and develops a sound like that the motor gets replaced. we see it in temperature readings in post flight checklists

the filter does not change the gimbal setting. if it's unpowered and you feel any binding in the gimbal, loosen all the gimbals screws and retighten them once it's totaly loose, it'll reset all the angles and gets pressure off the motors. it could also be the aircraft bouncing around.... iosd...

smaller is usually louder because of all the stress overloading frames poses. what you meant to say larger frame with lower kv motors and bigger props,,, them are quieter. careful flying payloads that big with that mindset, it'll be an expensive lesson moto, you must have alot of patience...

the lipo leads weren't taped, carried in a package with a bunch of hard cornered stuff. it was destined to fail
