$125 Tarot ZYX-M Flight Control - Had to try it.

It should for a simple install and the GPS arrow should ALWAYS point forward, but if I remember correctly in the GUI you can tell the unit which was the IMU is pointing.

    Panasonic G7 Arrived

Did you try starting up the VTX with the camera set to different fps? The Black Magic Pocket Cam Zenmuse will only transmit if you start the camera up at 23.9fps. Once it starts then you can change the cam;s setting and it keeps working.

What did you do with your DJI Phantom 3 today?

Yea but Quads and even single rotor hell's are EASIER to fly at night VFR with LED's. I can whip an acro quad around like a champ at night as orientation is EASY!

    DJI E800 jitter and shaking

The Naza lite is known to not like airframes larger than 550 - 600mm, and it's a marginal controller at best. Dump it and get a Tarot XYZ-M. (They are $125)

Not sure what to say as I have never used a light bridge, but this is one of the reasons I don;t like it... messing with all of that. sBus took me like 2 minutes to set up. I plugged in the REC and assigned a few channels in the TX. Done. I think that lightbridge is the problem. I bet it knows...

Because you've earned it, that's why!

Where's the model? All I saw was the inspire... OMG... I'm that nerdy... I just took a look again and there is a chick in that video. This is bad.... REAL BAD.... I can't even see hot ass models over a machine anymore.

What did you do with your DJI Phantom 3 today?

Only illegal commercially. If dude was in a private lot and was not flying over anyone.. no issues. Seems to be a safe distance and the video is pretty awesome!

    Retracts not working

What brand of retracts. Several different brands have different arming sequences, and some may need to have an arms polarity reversed.

A2 problems - very unstable bird

If you look at the back of the manual there are general gain settings for most of the DJI airframes and they list the weights in Grams. I usually pic the settings that are closest to my AUW and start there!

    Hexacrafter to release x8 frames.

The 3 blades I used were basically the KDE 3 blade with DJi props. The rig was twitchy, and the motors were spooling at around 80% to lift the same weight. Andrew and I were both like "This rig should lift this with ease WTF. So we thought about it, and popped on some 2 blade 15" carbons...

    Hexacrafter to release x8 frames.

    1) Did not... I may eyeball that when I have some time, but it was so smooth not sure it's needed. 2) 15/5 all around.

A2 problems - very unstable bird

First I'd say move the IMU to the center. I know you can tell the GUI where it is, but I have never seen a rig fly properly with it elsewhere. Also clean up your wires and components, believe it or not sloppy wires cause a lot of issues. Clean and simple.

    Hexacrafter to release x8 frames.

She's flown! And the Hexacrafter X8 is BADDDDD ASSSSS!!! TIP: 3 blade props SUCK on X8's WAY to flexy. Changed to 2 blade CF 15" props and BAM... solid as a rock! Were had 6.5+ lbs of ballast on the rig and it was SO SOLID! LOVE, LOVE LOVE this rig. The Avroto 3520's are rocking super smooth...

    Falcon Drone System Frame plates.

Got 3 flights in today on the Falcon plates. ROCK SOLID! Even with 4.5 lbs of ballast strapped to the rig! A few more shake down flights and it's ready for the H6. Also the Avrotos are ROCKING, not even warm!
