Think I got it. You may have indeed flipped the IMU in the assistant however the motor numbers haven't changed so now front right motor is not number 1 it is number 3 etc.

Not sure its the props. How stiff is the frame- very hard to tell from the pictures but I reckon you are close to a 5kg payload which could be causing the frame to flex too much? Really hard to say without seeing the machine in person. Where abouts is the IMU as I cant see from the pics?

Not sure on the motor issue but if you loose a motor in mid flight again, flick to home lock and then you dont have to worry about orientation, even if the aircraft is slowly spinning which can also happen on a motor out, the home lock is your friend.
