    Best Prop Theory for Stabilazation

Oh and make sure to leave the WiFi off on the gopro. There is evidence that it will interfere with GPS signals possibly causing fly-aways

    Best Prop Theory for Stabilazation

You WILL crash while learning. That's a certainty :). So make sure to build cheaply with cheap props and booms that are easy to replace. I saw that you were asking about flight controllers in the other thread. I would strongly suggest trying out the Pixhawk system. Highly professional (the...

    Critique please

Agree with the wider lens suggestions. A 16 to 24mm zoom is your best friend for interior shots. Gopro would be too wide IMO. The other thing I'd like the panning to be just a tiny bit slower but that's personal taste. Also you get less distortion from rolling shutter effect. All in all pretty...

    I Predict...

That the forums will be inundated with a TON of newbs that got a drone for Xmas, went straight out and crashed or otherwise have issues. They will lack education in all aspects of RC and will be looking for guidance. This could be a good or bad thing ... Lol

ARRIS FPV250 stabilizing with CC3D in Open Pilot

What Bart is saying is that you must program both your radio and flight controller to talk to each other. Then there are settings on both that can be changed to make the behavior the way you like. Drones are complex flying robots and there is a ton of studying and research to be done to...

    First Arduino quadcopter

The best way for a first time builder is to find a build thread on a copter that you like and copy that. They usually post part lists and show the assembly of the build. Buying a bunch of random parts never works and is usually a waste of money.

    RC TIMER ATLAS FLIGHT CONTROLLER

I haven't seen too many happy users of the Atlas. RcTimer makes a good version of the Px called the "FixHawk" though.

Question about the quad that almost fell on skier Marcel Hirscher

It's been called "Tombstone Engineering" ... We'll fix it when the public starts to notice all the tombstones.
