No that is for magnetic hold for yaw. The HoverflyGPS will automatically detect if an external compass is connected.

We will take a look but there weren't any changes to this part of the code. Actually I we set up a gimbal (controlled by a HoverflyPro) Friday and it worked fine. I think you will need to check your setup.

I agree the beeping drives me crazy too. That's why I PUT IT IN THERE!!!. We have a rule at Hoverfly...no one approaches the craft when its beeping. A simple flick of the rudder stick is all you need to restore peace and quite.

Yes ....re-arm the craft, launch, then activate Position Hold.... Good catch...I'll correct the release notes.

If you have AH on and fly then you will notice some altitude loss. When you stop it will re-gain your target altitude. If you adjust the throttle up while in AH then you will ascend while moving.. I'll have to try it and see how this works. It won't become unstable but it may rise more than...

Sounds like you have a bad connection to your GPS antenna or the module itself is bad. Remember there is currently no tuning on AH.

AH is still activated by the switch as before. I just didn't want everyone to start trying to tune the AH gain because its been eliminated.

OK....we were almost ready to release today but ran into some trouble. The new Mediatek GPS receivers (larger footprint version) are freezing up randomly. At the end of the day we are pretty sure we found the problem. We will test this Tuesday morning. Sorry for the delay.
